Care instructions
On the first burn, light for 4 hours to allow the melt pool to reach as far to the edge of the candle as possible. Any wax left around the edge will slowly melt as the candle burns down.
Trim your wick before relighting every time.
Do not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time. Any residual wax left at the end simply washes away in warm soapy water.
Do not let your candle burn right down to the bottom of the container. Discontinue use when 1/4’’ of wax remains
Soy is a living organism. It continues to expand, contract and change from its current form. It may also take on a frosted appearance. This is a natural occurrence and a clear indication that you have purchased a 100% soy candle

Can I get candles and melts in one of last season's fragrances?
We sometimes have our previous season's fragrances available in storage but are not shown on the site. Just drop us a line and we can check if we've any in.
What if my candle is damaged on receipt?
We take every care to ensure your candles are protected during transit but occasionally damages may occur. In these instances we will replace or refund if photographic proof is sent within 7 days of delivery however sadly we cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.
Can I swap a candle if I don’t like the fragrance?
You’re welcome to exchange your candle for any other one of the same size and price within 7 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for postage costs on all returned items.
